Exploring and Discussing Secure Access Trends and Technologies

100 Days of Pulse Secure

Access Control System
With the New Year upon us, many people look ahead to what’s to come. I’d like to take a moment to look back at the past 100 days and the formation of a new company. Over the past three months, the entire Pulse Secure organization has focused (and continues to focus) on our customers, our products and a seamless transition as we stand up our business following the divestiture by Juniper Networks.

To ensure a seamless transition, Juniper and Pulse Secure have been operating under a transition services agreement that allows customers to continue to purchase and get support for their products in the same ways they did before the transaction. This agreement goes until July 31, 2015, and allows us to conduct "business as usual" and over the long term will ensure “same or better” services.

The mobile world continues to change under our feet. The vision for this organization revolves around improving the mobility experience for enterprise IT managers and their end users by allowing them to confidently deploy all forms of mobility including PCs, smartphones and tablets from anywhere, be it on a network connection at the office, working at home or some other location. So while traditional remote access used to be a two hour a day affair, now many end users are connected more than 12 hours a day. Enterprises need to ensure secure connectivity, protect data at rest and in motion, and provide the IT manager a consolidated view of people, applications (in data centers as well as private and public clouds) and network connectivity.

If you’re a customer and haven’t been briefed on the product and support experience Pulse Secure provides, then watch this video with CEO Andy Monshaw and SVP Jeff Green discussing the divestiture and the transition.
