Support moving forwardPulse Secure Customer Service is a 24x7x365 global organization that strives to deliver a remarkable customer experience on each and every transaction—whether it a simple license generation request, a complex solution consultation, an urgent support ticket, or a critical security concern. The average tenure of the team is more than 5 years, and some engineers have been working on the Pulse product line since its inception over a decade ago.

Business continuityJuniper Networks and Pulse Secure have arranged for customers to continue to receive support until their contract expires. If customers have purchased any advanced services, such as a Service Manager or Expert to Expert, Pulse Secure will honor these terms throughout the life of the contract. An escalation path has been created between Juniper Networks and Pulse Secure to ensure your Service Manager is able to assist with Pulse-related support tickets.
